JCAA Board of Directors
Meeting Dates and Agenda Topics
Board meeting minutes are available to any JCAA member by calling the JCAA Office to request a copy.
Agendas are created approximately two weeks prior to board meetings. The JCAA Board contains representatives of all segments of the association's membership. Committee representatives needing JCAA Board input should request time on the Agenda by calling the Executive Director at least two weeks prior to the next scheduled meeting.
If time does not
allow for this process, representatives can request time on
the JCAA's Officer’s Meeting agenda. Officers meet one to two weeks prior
to Board meetings. Ideal input occurs when Board members are allowed time to seek feedback from their constituents.
