Administrative Compensation was settled in June. JCAA accepted the salary increase that was offered to JCEA. If a new agreement is reached with JCEA that includes a higher pay increase, JCAA will move to that higher level as well. If JCEA does not reach agreement JCAA will still receive the original agreed upon increase. HR sent out the agreement to all administrators as a PDF attachment in an email in June. The nominations and elections process is complete for another year. Jim Jelinek passed the gavel to Warren Blair as the JCAA President for 2009-2010 at the Year End Celebration. New board members were installed at that meeting as well. New board members and their positions are:
