Administrative Compensation
Administrative Compensation was settled in June. JCAA accepted the salary increase that was offered to JCEA. If a new agreement is reached with JCEA that includes a higher pay increase, JCAA will move to that higher level as well. If JCEA does not reach agreement JCAA will still receive the original agreed upon increase. HR sent out the agreement to all administrators as a PDF attachment in an email in June. You can access the link through the Jeffco HR website, or through JCAA’s website. Call Mike 2-6839 or Amy 2-6543 if you have questions about the agreement or how to determine quartile.
