We're NOT Going Back To School Social
The 2010 Emeritus Kickoff Social will be at Maple Grove Park, 14400 W 32nd Ave, Golden. We have reserved the Arbor House and will be using the patio and/or indoor area (inclement weather plan). Rain or shine - we look forward to visiting friends, making new friends, munching on great appetizers, sipping beverages, and finding out what sorts of events Emeritus members want for 2010-2011. The date is August 25, 2010 from 4:30 pm to 7:00 pm.

Serving Kids Clothing Program
This program provides new and near new clothing to Jeffco kids in need. JCAA manages this program and it is funded by The Jefferson Foundation and contributions from caring individuals and groups.
A number of retired JCAA members work every month to help fill orders and keep the inventory shelves organized. They have a great time working together too! They welcome any new volunteers. If you're interested in helping out, contact the JCAA office and we'll get you plugged in to helping the group. Last year, we served over 900 students and the demand has been outpacing that this year.

You're Always Welcome
As an Emeritus member, you are always welcome to participate in all JCAA programs, services, and events--including serving on specific committees. If you are an Active Emeritus Member ($108/year), you can attend all events at the member price.
